The Hotel
Eight years on
Hastings Street.
The Coral Hue started in 2016 when Hannah and Patrick Doyle bought a rundown motel on Hastings Street and spent two years turning it into a 28-room boutique hotel. The location was always the draw — a five-minute walk to Main Beach, right in the heart of Noosa.
Today the hotel has coastal rooms, an onsite restaurant serving Sunshine Coast produce, and a rooftop pool with ocean views. But the philosophy hasn’t changed: keep it personal, keep it relaxed, and make every guest feel like they’ve come home.
We live a block from the hotel. We know every regular by name. That’s the kind of place we wanted to build.
